BP South Gas Assets
BP require an offshore produced water treatment facility for one of their Southern North Sea platforms. A gas well connected to this platform cannot flow as it has significantly high water content and cannot be treated at the onshore terminal.

IM Skaugen (IMS) already used their smaller Multigas Ships for Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) and wanted to also enter the Liquid Natural Gas business (LNG).
